He is seemingly flying under the radar in drafts so far this year, but he'll provide sixth round value and can be had as late as the eighth round. Play it safe and take him in the seventh. 65-900-6.

Positives / Upside	He is the second target in a very good offense. He always sees single coverage and does well with it. Pretty easy passing schedule, including a nice fantasy playoffs (SEA, @STL, @MIA in weeks 14-16).
Negatives / Downside	Slight inconsistency, but at this point in the draft, that's true with everybody.
Recommendation	Buy at cost
