Moss is an excellent choice for your fantasy WR3 in the seventh round, as he could pretty easily exceed our projections and out-earn his draft position. 70-900-5.

Positives / Upside	He is the clear cut #1 receiver on his team. He should be very comfortable in another year in the Jim Zorn offense and another year with Jason Campbell.
Negatives / Downside	He made it through 08 okay, but he missed some games in 07 and 06 due to injury, so he should still be considered a risk. The defense could be much-improved with Albert Haynesworth in town, perhaps leading to more runs and less passes on offense in lower-scoring games.
Recommendation	Buy at cost
