Draft Andre with confidence in 2009. 105-1500-9.

Positives / Upside	Best receiving skills in the NFL right along with Larry Fitzgerald and Calvin Johnson. In high-powered offense. Defense improving, but still could struggle, causing some high-scoring affairs. They could struggle a bit twice each against the Tennessee and Indianapolis pass defenses, but it's an easy schedule otherwise.
Negatives / Downside	None I can think of.
Recommendation	Buy at cost
