There are many cons, but he should return value if drafted as a fantasy WR4/FLEX in Round Nine or Ten of PPR leagues. 60-750-5.

Positives / Upside	He will be Garrard's clear-cut #1 target and possession receiver.
Negatives / Downside	Unfortunately, the name recognition will probably make somebody in your league draft him before they should. Jacksonville prefers to play the ball-control, low-scoring game (certainly not the Greatest Show on Earth). Defense could improve this year, helping keep the Jags' passing to a minimum. Overall neutral schedule, but tough fantasy playoff weeks 15-16 (IND, @NE). Other Jags receivers are weak, so he could have trouble with double coverage. He is aging and post-knee-surgery.
