He makes for a good keeper pick in Round 16. I wouldn't bother with him in seasonal leagues, except for an absolute last round pick. 40-550-3.

Positives / Upside	Will get looks early with Chaz Schilens out. Oakland may fairly often be forced to pass playing from behind. Despite a rough patch in weeks 13-15, the Raiders passing schedule is mostly easy. Darrius is a speedy talent when healthy.
Negatives / Downside	JaMarcus Russell isn't the most accurate of quarterbacks. It just feels like Heyward-Bey will have an inconsistent, unproductive rookie year at this point. He's had hamstring issues.
Recommendation	Only in a keeper league
