Devery's is basically a name you only call out at the very end of your draft in a non-PPR league if you're drunk. He's best used in 09 if injuries strike other Saint receivers and you need a bye-week replacement sometime in-season. 30-700-3.

Positives / Upside	He's a part of the best offense in the NFL, albeit a small part.
Negatives / Downside	He's a fourth option behind Marques Colston, Reggie Bush, and Lance Moore. He's also inherently inconsistent, given his penchant to score most of his fantasy points on 60-yard bombs some weeks, but being completely silent other weeks.
Recommendation	Only at a discount
