Draft Ginn in Round Nine or Ten and use him when the match-up is right in 09. 65-900-3.

Positives / Upside	He has a solid quarterback tossing him the rock in Chad Pennington. Neutral passing schedule (at least it's not tough).
Negatives / Downside	The Dolphins are a run-first team, and they could easily spread the targets around to Davone Bess, Greg Camarillo, the tight ends, and the running backs, not making any concerted effort to feed the ball to Ginn constantly. They have a decent defense and won't often be forced to pass.
Recommendation	Buy at cost
