He's got some talent but is best left for the waiver wire in 09. 30-400-3.

Positives / Upside	He's in a high-powered offense.
Negatives / Downside	He's too far down the depth chart behind Antonio Gates, Vincent Jackson, LaDainian Tomlinson, and Chris Chambers in the passing game. He'll be very inconsistent, for sure. Also, though Philip Rivers has developed into an elite quarterback, the Chargers do have a tough passing schedule in 2009, so that doesn’t help.
