If he wins the Rams WR2 job, increase his projections a little and consider him with your final pick. Otherwise, leave him on the waiver wire. 30-400-2.

Positives / Upside	A physical receiver with average speed, he could conceivably fill a possession receiver role if he can win the job over Laurent Robinson and Ronald Curry.
Negatives / Downside	His quarterback, Marc Bulger, is not very good anymore. The team will surely focus on Steven Jackson as much as possible, preferring to make passing an afterthought.
