He has been going in Round 11, but I wouldn't touch him until Round 14 at least, if at all, as a TE2. Who really wants to deal with the injuries? 50-500-3.
Positives / Upside He's a part of the best offense in the NFL.
Negatives / Downside The dude just can't stay healthy. Not a big red zone threat. He's at least a fourth option behind Marques Colston, Reggie Bush, and Lance Moore.

Shockey's toe potentially hurting

Shockey may have aggravated his toe injury against the Cardinals. With David Thomas playing strong lately, Shockey isn't a good play in Playoff Challenge contests in the NFC Championship game.
