Round 13 is the right place to take him. Given the uncertainty surrounding the Broncos new offense, though he does have upside, it's best to draft him as a fantasy TE2. 50-650-4.

Positives / Upside	Talent-wise, Scheffler seems like he has the potential to be a top fantasy tight end. Denver's defense will give up points, so the offense may have to throw plenty.
Negatives / Downside	He hasn't been the picture of health. Denver has a really tough passing schedule, including the fantasy playoffs (weeks 14-16 @IND, OAK, @PHI). The downgrade from Jay Cutler to Kyle Orton at quarterback is a serious one.
Recommendation	Buy at cost
