He should do well in PPR leagues, catching between three and six passes per week with regularity. If he can score more touchdowns, all the better. He's been going in Round 10 or 11, and that's the proper place to take him, if you are so inclined. 60-800-3.

Positives / Upside	Oakland may fairly often be forced to pass playing from behind. Despite a rough patch in weeks 13-15, the Raiders passing schedule is mostly easy.
Negatives / Downside	JaMarcus Russell isn't the most accurate of quarterbacks. Not a big red zone threat, Miller only has four touchdowns in 32 NFL games played.
Recommendation	Buy at cost
