Someone will take Clark in the fifth round. Let him go, load up on RB & WR, and take one of many solid TE options which will be available later. 85-950-9.

Positives / Upside	The Colts have a very easy passing schedule in 09. Manning loves looking for him all over the field, including the red zone (just 6 TDs in 08, but 11 in 07).
Negatives / Downside	None.
Recommendation	Only at a discount
