Williams is a solid bet to match his 2008 numbers and a good player to draft as your RB4 in Round 11 or 12. He's possibly worth using as a FLEX in his better match-ups. 160-650-4-20-140-0.
Positives / Upside Chad Pennington's passing game and a good defense should control the clock, helping the running game. Neutral schedule.
Negatives / Downside The inherent inconsistency of an NFL RB2. He's old, but there's not as much mileage on his legs as other 32-year old backs.
Recommendation Buy at cost

Williams to start in Week 11

Williams ran for 102 yards on 20 carries and caught 2 passes for 5 yards last week against Tampa Bay. In all likelihood, Ronnie Brown will miss this Thursday's game in Carolina, making Williams a strong play in Week 11.
