Wells is a good upside pick as your RB3/FLEX in Round 6. 220-950-6-15-100-0.

Positives / Upside	Awesome passing game helps keep running lanes open. Improving defense could help, too. Mostly neutral running schedule, but great fantasy playoffs match-ups in Weeks 15-16 (@DET, STL).
Negatives / Downside	Tim Hightower was an excellent touchdown-scorer last year and could retain the role, limiting Wells' value quite a bit. He's a rookie, and you never really know which rookies will excel right out of the gate and which will not.
Recommendation	Buy at cost
