He should end up being a good value pick in the fourth round. 240-1000-6-40-280-0.

Positives / Upside	He will lose some touches, but that combined with his suspension should help him keep fresh late in the season. Became a better receiver last season. Is good enough at the goal line.
Negatives / Downside	Suspension will keep him out of the season's first three games. Offensive line and defense not the best, though the addition of Terrell Owens may relieve a little pressure. Addition of Dominic Rhodes and presence of Fred Jackson will decrease Lynch's touches.
Recommendation	Buy at cost
