Jackson's value lies in PPR leagues as a RB5 or a handcuff for Ryan Grant. He can be taken at the very end of your draft. 60-320-1-35-210-0.

Positives / Upside	A fantastic passing offense helps keep running lanes open. Jackson should catch at least two passes per game and is considered a good third-down back (think Kevin Faulk).
Negatives / Downside	As for the Packers rushing schedule, Jackson faces five particularly easy defenses, five neutral, and six tough ones. Unfortunately, his fantasy stretch run of weeks thirteen through fifteen are very tough (BAL, @CHI, @PIT).
