He's only worth drafting in the last round as a Steven Jackson handcuff. Even if you have S-Jax, you are welcome to just not draft a handcuff, anyway. 50-190-1-10-60-0.

Positives / Upside	Offensive line could be improved. Not a terrible rushing schedule for the Rams.
Negatives / Downside	Rams will play Steven Jackson as much as they can, only removing him for brief rests here and there. The Rams are a bad, bad team. Bulger could stink at quarterback, totally handicapping the offense. Defense could stink, too, causing offense to play from behind often.
