He showed us a glimpse of his potential, rushing for 106 yards on 18 carries vs. Tampa last year. He flashed his speed on receptions of 75 and 36 yards last year. He could provid Round 10 or better value, but you can probably wait a bit longer even. Draft Charles for running back depth with upside in Round 12. 100-430-2-40-400-1.

Positives / Upside	The Chiefs have a nice new quarterback in Matt Cassel and an improving offensive line, so things are looking good for their offense in 2009. Larry Johnson is pretty solid as the Chiefs’ starting back, but Charles should handle passing downs and also take over if Johnson gets hurt, despite the presence of Kolby Smith. Even without a Johnson injury, Charles could get more touches as the season wears on. He’s not a bad pick in keeper leagues, as he could take over for Johnson for good in 2010.
Negatives / Downside	The Chiefs probably won't be running out the clock often, as their defense is pretty lousy.
