Warner can almost give you Brady/Manning point totals (though he carries a bit more risk) but you can take him a couple rounds later, in the fourth. However, it's probably better to wait on your QB and bulk up at RB and WR in the first five rounds. 4400-30-15 (20-10-0 rushing).
Positives / Upside Larry Fitzgerald, Anquan Boldin, and Steve Breaston are a fantastic group of receivers.
Negatives / Downside He's old and coming off hip surgery. Defense could be a little better this year, keeping scores down. Addition of rookie running back Beanie Wells could inspire more rushing attempts.

Warner should play in Week 12

Warner (head) told the media that he expects to play Sunday after making it through Wednesday's practice. He may not have his best game of the year, as the Titans have been tough lately, but he should still total 200 yards and 2 TDs.
