Given his team situation, Russell should be taken as a QB3 late in deep drafts, but nothing more. 2700-15-13 (20-100-1 rushing).

Positives / Upside	Oakland may fairly often be forced to pass playing from behind. Despite a rough patch in weeks 13-15, the Raiders passing schedule is mostly easy.
Negatives / Downside	His wide receivers aren't the best (though rookie Darrius Heyward-Bey could come around by the second half, and tight end Zach Miller and running back darren McFadden are pretty good receivers).
Recommendation	Only at a discount
