Romo is a solid fantasy QB1 that can be had late in Round Four or in Round Five. However, it's probably better to wait on your QB and bulk up at RB and WR in the first five rounds. 3900-30-17 (30-80-1).

Positives / Upside	Jon Kitna is his new backup. Carson Palmer said that Kitna really helped him out like a player/coach when Kitna was backing him up in Cincy. Decent passing schedule during fantasy playoff weeks 14-16 (SD, @NO, @WAS).
Negatives / Downside	He lost touchdown-helper Terrell Owens. Tough overall passing schedule. New #1 WR Roy Williams could end up faltering and supporting WRs aren't the best.
Recommendation	Only at a discount
