Draft this safe, no-upside choice as your QB2 in Round 13. 3300-18-9 (25-50-0 rushing).

Positives / Upside	He has a weak arm but is very accurate and rarely makes mistakes. Neutral passing schedule (at least it's not tough).
Negatives / Downside	The Dolphins are a run-first team. They have a decent defense and won't often be forced to pass.
Recommendation	Buy at cost
