He's a great player to platoon with another Round 7-9 QB. Target Palmer in those rounds as well. 3500-23-17 (20-30-0 rushing).

Positives / Upside	All the peripherals are optimal: decent receivers, just average running game, bad defense. Beautiful schedule outside of the four PIT and BAL match-ups (especially hosting KC in fantasy championship Week 16!).
Negatives / Downside	Recovering from serious arm injury. Offensive line not very good.
Recommendation	Buy at cost

Ankle O.K.

Palmer practiced on Sunday. His ankle is fine. He's a full "go" (and a decent play) against the Broncos in Week 1.
