Hill played his third season with San Francisco last year, after four with the Vikings where he never threw a pass in a regular season game. He has beaten out Alex Smith for the job and is worthy of a Round 16 selection as your QB3. 3100-16-15 (30-130-1 rushing).

Positives / Upside	He doesn’t have any great wide-outs to throw the ball to, but he has several good ones, and rookie Michael Crabtree could even contribute. There has even been talk of focusing more on the talented but yet unproductive tight end, Vernon Davis, more in 2009, which could help Hill. The 49ers have a really nice passing schedule during the fantasy stretch run (@SEA, ARI, @PHI, DET in weeks 13-16).
Negatives / Downside	Run-first offensive philosophy. Back-up Alex Smith is breathing down his neck and could easily take over, should Hill slump.
Recommendation	Buy at cost
