I'd be happy to take Garrard as my back-up QB in Round 12, but no earlier (current ADP has him going in Round 10). 3300-16-13 (60-270-1 rushing).

Positives / Upside	The addition of Torry Holt is sure to help.
Negatives / Downside	Jacksonville prefers to play the ball-control, low-scoring game. Defense could improve this year, helping keep the Jags' passing to a minimum. Overall neutral schedule, but tough fantasy playoff weeks 15-16 (IND, @NE).
Recommendation	Only at a discount
