Collins should only be taken in the final round of a deep draft as a QB3. 2800-13-8 (20-40-0 rushing).

Positives / Upside	Despite a slightly hard passing schedule overall, Weeks 15-16 (MIA, SD) look good. The Titans added some weapons for him this year in free agent WR Nate Washington and rookies WR Kenny Britt and TE Jared Cook.
Negatives / Downside	Too many games with low yardage totals and no touchdowns for Collins. Even though Albert Haynesworth is no longer a Titan, and the team may attempt a few more passes this year, they're still a run-first, defense-oriented team.
