Rackers turned the fantasy football world on its ear in 2005 by making 40 of 42 field goals including six of seven over fifty yards. His attempts have declined each year since, as Kurt Warner has efficiently put the ball into the end zone and the inconsistent running game has limited Rackers’ number of attempts. Take Rackers as one of the last kickers drafted, and he should do well enough. 119 points.

Positives / Upside	Backed by a good combination of a high-powered offense and mediocre (but improving) defense. Good long distance kicker.
Negatives / Downside	Distinct possibility of lots of XPAs, not so many FGAs.
Recommendation	Buy at cost
