Rzepczynski (Pronounced Zep-chin-ski) is someone to keep an eye on in AL only formats. He should crack the Blue Jays rotation and and get a chance to show what he's got.

Positives / Upside	Rzepczynski struck out about a batter an inning in his 2009 debut (60 K in 61.1 IP) and turned in very respectable ratios for an unknown 23 year old. He has tremendous upside.
Negatives / Downside	Any signs of struggles and he'll be shipped back to the minors.
Recommendation	Buy at cost
