Former ace Jeff Francis returns to the rotation after a year on the sidelines. With the pressure off of him, look for Francis to be a capable streaming option in good match-ups.

Positives / Upside	When healthy Francis can mow them down with the best of them. Pitching at Coors always leads to an inflated ERA but is entirely possible that Francis can post a sub 4.00.
Negatives / Downside	Health. Francis has been on the sidelines for over a year now and may not be able to recapture his former magic.
Recommendation	Buy at cost
