De la Rosa is prone to meltdowns but that shouldn't steer you away from one of the major's best strikeout pitchers.

Positives / Upside	Strikeouts. De la Rosa's was among the leagur leaders in 2009 with a 9.17 K/9. If he can build on his 2009 success, he'll turn in some respectable ratios as well.
Negatives / Downside	Those pesky meltdowns. The long ball haunts Jorge and will need to remedy that problem before we take him truly seriously has a fantasy force.
Recommendation	Go the extra dollar
