Rick Porcello made the jump from Class A ball to the majors last year and opened many eyes as a 20-year-old. Porcello went 14-9 with a ERA just under four. Porcello's K's were low last year, but look for that to improve -- but be careful not to overpay for this young arm.

Positives / Upside	Porcello's potential is through the roof. He should be able to improve on his rookie season where he posted 14 wins and a sub 4.00 ERA. He should improve on those numbers, while raising his painfully low K/9 rate (5.34 in 2009)
Negatives / Downside	He was used a lot last season and could suffer from a massive sophomore slump.
Recommendation	Buy at cost
