Now in Baltimore, stay away from Millwood in all but the deepest of leagues.

Positives / Upside	Experience. Unfortunately that doesn't count for much in fantasy baseball.
Negatives / Downside	Tons. Millwood was able to keep his ERA down last season picking on the anemic offenses of the AL West. Now in the AL East, I'd imagine his ERA will jump to the mid 4s, maybe even 5
Recommendation	Buy at cost
