Lowe is an aging pitcher who doesn't have dominant stuff, and whose walk rate and home run rate both nudged upward last season. He does go deep into games, thus giving himself a better chance to garner a win -- but the cost of those W's was pretty steep last year. 13-0-4.35-1.35-115 in 190 IP.

Positives / Upside	The veteran sinkerballer has won at least 14 games in six of the last eight season. he knows how to pitch and go deep into games, and 2010 should be a bounceback season for one of baseball's best inning eaters. 15-0-4.05-1.30-125 in 190 IP
Negatives / Downside	Right -- but some of those innings Lowe was eating last year didn't go down so well. That 4.67 ERA and 1.52 WHIP was downright ugly, and that BAA of .301 doesn't inspire much confidence, either. Pass. 10-0-4.55-1.40-105 in 175 IP
