The first overall pick in 2006, Hochevar has seemingly been on the cusp for years now. He's completely under the radar and could be a real sleeper in AL only leagues.

Positives / Upside	Hochevar has a good strikeout rate and is full of potential.
Negatives / Downside	Everything we've seen from him in his career. He has yet to fulfill any of the potential he's been hyped to have.
Recommendation	Go the extra dollar
