Johnny Cueto is still young and full of potential, but keep away. With him, you can expect inconsistency all season long.

Positives / Upside	Cueto will get you some strikeouts but his real upside is his potential. If Cueto can realize some of that potential he could break through.
Negatives / Downside	Cueto hit the skids in teh second half last season and many (including me) have a bad feeling that it will spill over into 2010.
