Despite his high win total, Cook is not a reliable option. His strikeouts, WHIP and ERA are all killers for your team.

Positives / Upside	Wins. He's reached double digits that last two years.
Negatives / Downside	Everything besides wins. He'll absolutely murder your ratios and strikeout totals.
Recommendation	Avoid
