There are only so many years that Homer Bailey can be proclaimed a super prospect. For the last few seasons, Bailey has been too good for AAA and not quite good enough for the majors. Steer clear until he proves he can make the jump to the next level.

Positives / Upside	Bailey's potential has always been there and at his best, he'll be an excellent source of strikeouts, while providing average ratios. On an improved Reds teams, he could win double digit games.
Negatives / Downside	He keeps going at his current pace.
Recommendation	Buy at cost
