While Bronson Arroyo turned in a highly underrated 2009, his handful of mystery pills will only keep the magic alive for so long. He's more of a mid-season band-aid than upside sleeper.

Positives / Upside	Arroyo will help keep your ratios afloat and could contributor double digit wins along the way.
Negatives / Downside	He's another year older and has a propensity to have brutal games.
Recommendation	Buy at cost
