Young possesses a world of speed but finding a role outside of pinch runner will be necessary for him to have significant fantasy value.

Positives / Upside	speed. Young could challenge 50 SB with regular playing time.
Negatives / Downside	He doesn't have a starting gig, which makes him pretty useless for fantasy purposes.
Recommendation	Buy at cost
