It appears that Stubbs get the chance to start the year in center field and could certainly post a 20/20 line. He's currently the 288th player coming off the board and makes for a perfect last-round lottery ticket.

Positives / Upside	Stubbs looks like he has the untapped power/speed potential and that's something that players should look to exploit in 2010.
Negatives / Downside	We only got a glimpse of Stubbs in 2009 (only 180 AB), so it's entirely possible that what we saw was merely a mirage.
Recommendation	Go the extra dollar
