The decline is stolen bases over the past several years is the main reason why Cameron is not someone worth targeting in 2010. You better off going after a similar and younger option with more upside. .250-75-20-75-10 in 525 at bats

Positives / Upside	Cameron found a new home patroling centerfield for the Red Sox this offseason, a job that should have a positive effect on his fantasy stats. Over the past four seasons, Cameron has scored at least 69 runs, hit 20 homeruns, and collected 70 RBI each year. Simply put, he is an extremely reliable low end option in the outfield. Furthermore, batting in the strong Sox line-up should provide him additional opportunities to score and drive in runs.
Negatives / Downside	What my alterego "positives/upside" conventiently forgot to mention is that over the past three seasons, Cameron has averaged a batting average of .244. Cameron's pitiful averages were acceptable back in the day when he was hitting 20-25 homeruns and stealing 25 plus bases, but the stolen bases are no longer part of the aging centerfielder's game. He only stole 7 in 2009, and he'll be lucky to reach double digits in 2010. At this point in his career, Cameron is nothing more than a reliable source of power at the expense of your batting average, or in other words, nothing exciting.
