Bloomquist can't even start for the lowly Royals, stay away.

Positives / Upside	Bloomquist's entire value is wrapped up entirely in his speed. He's a threat for 30 SB with some consistent playing time.
Negatives / Downside	Everything else.
Recommendation	Buy at cost
