Blalock has signed a minor league deal with the Rays and will likely serve as an insurance policy for Carlos Pena.

Positives / Upside	He has power, that's undeniable.
Negatives / Downside	He's aged quickly and won't see many at-bats.
Recommendation	Buy at cost
