On Wednesday, September 8, 2010, RotoCommunity.com participated in a fantasy football league with other industry experts, called the RotoCommunity Football Challenge (RCFC) League. League rules include modified PPR scoring (NFFC default rules) with 10 starters and 8 reserves (Q-R-R-W-W-W-T-R/W/T-K-D). This league runs $1000 FAAB budgets like the NFFC in-season. ANALYSIS

I would normally go more in-depth, but time is short for me right now. I am really happy with my team. My QB strategy was to get one of the top 8. I achieved my goal there taking Cutler in Round 5, but I'm very happy with Campbell as his back-up, with an excellent match-up on Cutler's bye, and Orton in tow in case Cutler gets hurt or falters. This 6 points per TD and just -1 per INT is the perfect scoring system for Cutler. I knew there would be a late pocket of decent tight ends but was incredibly happy to nab Cooley in R9 and Daniels on the turn-around in R10. I can enjoy Cooley until Daniels gets healthy, and even then I can play both, with the R/W/T flex option. I can rotate in defenses and kickers as need be in-season. That leaves RB and WR. With one point per reception for WR and TE but just one per two receptions for RB, I wanted to make sure I got quality WRs. I also knew there would be RB options later. With the #4 pick, I had to take Rice and was happy to grab Marshall and Smith (CAR) with my next two picks. I had to go with Wells next, who is slowed right now, but could really heat up as the season wears on. It's good to back them up with Portis and M.Bush, two backs that should get the majority of carries on their teams. Nicks should start most weeks, and it's good to have the likes of Burleson, Williams, Robinson, and Murphy to rotate in when need be. I put together a quality team. Now let's see if I can play the match-ups right and win some games!
