5. Milicic, Darko MIN wants to remain with the Wolves
After seven years in the NBA, many thought he was headed for Europe this off-season. Darko says otherwise. Minnesota seems like a good fit for him. He really picked up his game playing for them last season and comes into this upcoming season as a sleeper at fantasy C2 in deep leagues. At the least, he should provide some blocks and rebounds again.
4. Childress, Josh F/G may return to the NBA this season
He's a swing man that did a little bit of everything (good percentages, steals, blocks) in his four years in the NBA before heading to Europe for two years. He could be relevant in deeper fantasy basketball leagues once again, depending on how things shake out with him and with the Hawks roster (Joe Johnson) in general.
3. Jamison, Antawn PF CLE had a tough playoff series
Jamison was schooled by Kevin Garnett on both ends of the floor in the Cavs second-round loss to the Celtics. Make note of this, as a lack of defensive ability could limit Jamison's minutes as his career moves along.
2. James, LeBron SF CLE may not return to the Cavs in 2010-11
Where will he land? The Knicks say they are the perfect destination, as he'd have a dead-eye shooter in Danilo Gallinari, a wing man that can create his own shot in Wilson Chandler, and no point guard to speak of, allowing LeBron to handle the ball. Imagine LeBron playing in that system...
1. Parker, Tony PG SA is under contract for one more year
He has been rumored to be going to the Knicks, but he denies such rumors. Still, it's something to be aware of. Parker could blow up (in a good way) playing under coach Mike D'Antoni.
ALSO
Wilson Chandler F/G NY will be out of action for 6-8 weeks as he recovers from surgery to repair a sports hernia. He is expected to be fine for training camp.
